Does Fizz Have Any iPhones In Stock?
Hi, my previous query was closed without a satisfactory answer. I do not consider this to be the end of the matter:

The reason for this situation is the fact that before you select a phone and click to proceed the order, the system is using previous logs. Once the phone is selected, it verifies in real time the stock and finds out that some of the phones are actually out of stock.
Rest assured that we are working to fix this as soon as possible, since our priority is to make all our members to feel welcome and happy to use our services.

My question remains: Does fizz have any iphones actually in stock? Even one? I cannot click through on any and I have done every single one on the website, regularly as well as incognito mode. They all now say "device sale is not supported in your region"
I will also be posting this on reddit if you think you can just close negative queries with "leave the website feedback if you're dissatisfied"

I am sorry for the situation you encounter,
I have verified your conversations with our customer service representatives and the ticket that has been opened and an important piece of information that is not clear there, is what address you have registered on your payment method that you are trying to use to buy the phones in question.
You are receiving the error that the address where the phone will be delivered to, is not support, which means that it is not in our subscription area.
The subscription can be found on the following FAQ, it is the green area on the map:

Can you please, reach us in private via email or other private communication channel in order to provide us with the address that you have on the payment method you are trying to use for payment? ( Verify on the bank statement or your banking application)
The phones can be delivered only in our subscription zone.

Yesterday I was able to select an iPhone 12 preloved
I was able to select a samsung a03
Any iphone 13 (new)
Therefore, yes they have some

couples of months ago I bought a phone, now I don't need it, therefore, I don't want to be further than that
When I selected iPhone 14 preloved, that are all gone :(

I just did it for iphone 14 its telling me out of stock

it does not say out of stock on the site just when you go to buy it

And when I select the iphone 12, 12 pro, 13, 13 pro, 14, 14 pro, preloved or not, everything is gone at the final step. I'm happy it worked for you a few months ago. It's not working now for any phone for multiple users who are actually going to the step to complete purchase, so we are attempting to get fizz to help us and take this seriously. Sorry but I'm just not sure how your screenshot of the iphone 12 being in stock is helpful here. Phone purchase is not working for the rest of us RIGHT NOW and it's very frustrating.

I will move the discussion to reddit if so. I have no received two answers from support, which I will screenshot. First person says these phones are not in stock. Second person says the phones are in stock and the issue is on my end. Wonder how both can be true.

I believe that you did the right thing, you reported the problem to the customer service, you follow their instruction to use the browser in private mode, I also read the Whizz answer, to signal the problem.
But, they should do it and Fix it for sure

try to buy with your cell phone at the link from your computer if you have a cell phone
