Is it possible to use a Fizz internet connection for Helix TV?

Hello everyone,

The question, I think, is pretty straight forward. Has anyone here tried to use the Helix TV services over a Fizz internet connection ?

I would like to think that it's possible since Fizz is a Videotron company, going over their infrastructure but I can'T seem to find a recent answer to that specific question on Google.

Thanks

    Hello Freune,

Thank you for being part of the Fizz community!
As the Helix TV is a service provided by Videotron, we aren't able to assist you with this situation, my advise is to contact Videotron, they will know for sure if some providers are or not compatible with Helix TV. From our end, there isn't any restriction so everything depends on their requirements.

I am counting on your understanding and I wish you a great day,
    -Georgian

@Jessy_ref_i88b6 Don't worry about the language 😉 aux dernières nouvelles, il y a 2 langues officielles ici.
