duplicates upgrades
So I got to level 7. I already had 3x 2$ rebate for home internet. Level 7 just gave me a fourth 2$ rebate. There is only 3 slots. How will that ever be usefull?

We provide duplicates later down the progression of your level so that you and our other members will be able to match more efficiently.
An example I would provide is this: You have a $4 rebate on your account that is composed of two 1$ rebates and one $2 rebates. As you progress you will receive a duplicate of the $2 rebate and as such you can remove the two 1$ rebates and place the new $2 rebate, leaving you with one free space out of the 3 slots now.
Another option is to open a new plan which will have the same amount of slots as the plan you currently have so you will have more slots to use for your upgrades.

They are useless for the majority of the users
Fizz bonus are supposed to be valid for 24 months but at the moment they never enforce that rule, that can be one explication why they are duplicates
Upgrades: Upgrades are rewards obtained when a certain level is achieved. They may be applied to the plan (mobile or internet) of your choice and may be changed at any time. When an upgrade is changed during a payment cycle, the change will be taken into account only during the following cycle, unless indicated otherwise. Upgrades remain valid for a period of twenty-four (24) months after they were obtained. Upgrades are attached to your user account and cannot be exchanged or given to a third party. Upgrades have no monetary value and we may change the number of upgrades awarded at any time and without notice. The following chart applies to upgrades:

if you have 2 internet packages menton residence and chalet company two packages give you 6 boxes for me

If you have need two internet plans, you should think about 2 different account, in this way they will have 50$ rebate, at the moment $ upgrades are faster for the internet plans, you can have 3$ at 9000 points.
Moreover, Fizz doesn't offer service for company, therefore, you cannot use at the chalet company

I did the exercise since I am curious. This is showing that it is better to have 2 accounts with one internet plan each

Great job! Thanks for sharing with us. This proves one more time that fizz reward system is obsolete and they need to move forward and make changes.

Same here, I have already applied all 3 x2$ bonuses and have 1$ in spare, soon will have another 2$ which can't be applied 😐.

It takes you a lot of time to get this lvl 5. At least i'm still at lvl 3.
