Perks not able to take
Hi, I have a lots of 1gb perks but trying to used them I get create a plan? I do have 2 mobility plan on my account but looks like Fizz does not see them....

For this kind of problem, the first thing to try is to remove all the cookie and cache and/or use the browser in private mode. You can also try a different browser.
Sometime, is a cache problem.
For the bonus, you cannot apply 4.5 days before the next billing cycle, the perks you can apply without any period restriction
If this doesn't help, you are better off to contact the support or open a ticket. To open a ticket, go to your account -> My Settings -> Contact form
You can chat in direct
• Sign into your account
• Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do
• Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
• Choose the option 💬 chat
• If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

You should have 3 slots per plan, if you don't see them, contact customer service.

Can you take a screenshot of what you're talking about? There are two types of "bonuses": Upgrades & Perks.
Upgrades get applied to your plan (3 slots), perks are when you add a new plan or are sometimes giftable.

Yes, so as mentioned before, there are 2 types of bonuses, those are Perks, you can use them when you add a new plan, they do not interact with existing ones. It mentions so in their details too.

So 500MB is a bonus and 1GB is a perk.
Go to Benefizz -> My rewards
you should see your mobile plan(s) slots where you can apply the bonus.

You can actually, but you can not receive data gifts.

@Sébastien code ZXEL1 , @Andrei_ref_R7VK1 is right bonus and perks can be used for having data with a plan without data.
Some data perks can also be gifted
