Hello there @SkyHigh88 !
Don't worry about the eligibility of receiving your free SIM card as that is an offer for those that up until now have been using our old SIM cards. You already use a VoLTE compatible SIM card so you are set on that part!
For the phone part, you will need to make sure that you have the latest operation software, either iOS or Android software, installed on your phone. I recommend to look on the internet to see if your phone is, marketwise, eligible for VoLTE and how to find that option.

Potentially yes, all depends when you have joined Fizz. If before March 16, 2022 then you need to wait, otherwise you should have VoLTE activated.
PS. Don't forget to check if your phone is in the Fizz's VoLTE list.

Based on your profile info, you joined Fizz in February 2022, so you should wait when VoLTE will be activated for old customers.

for the old customers it's in the spring that will activate it will take you another sim card which has a red flash on it

I don’t know if that helps but if you wanna know if your phone is ready for VoLTE, do this procedure:
1. Disable your WiFi
2. Check if you see LTE in your top status bar.
3. Make a phone call, and check your top status bar.
4. If LTE stays on the top status bar during the phone call, and after hanging up, you already have access to VoLTE. LUCKY FOR YOU!
5. If LTE disappears from the top status bar during the phone call, or something else is displayed, say 3G, 4G, H, or anything other than LTE, you don't have access to VoLTE. JUST TOO BAD FOR YOU.
LTE should reappear shortly after hanging up.

@SkyHigh88 looks like your phone is not VoLTE ready… What does it show when you make a phone call?

Check your current SIM card if it has a red lighting bolt on it. If yes then you should have it already, if not - contact customer support.
