A technician is supposed to come today between 8am and 8pm but I didn’t have any news !

Click on the button that appears on the lower right corner of the page and then you will see two choices: The Facebook Messenger and Live Chat. Also make sure that you are logged in if you use the Live Chatroom as it will register your account for the session.

I know but last time I had to wait for a technician, I received a text in the beginning of the day. Now I have nothing I was just wondering if it was normal :)

I remember I didn't receive any text message or a call for my installation back in the days.

You still have few more hours until 8PM. If he doesn't show up until 8, contact the support and let them know about your situation.
