Download/Upload speed unchanged after upgrading plan
My internet speed remains at around 120/20. However, I switched to the 200/30 plan on Feb 7. I turned off the modem and router several times, and nothing changed. Do you have any suggestions?

I am sorry for the situation encountered,
I have verified your connection and I can see that all signals are within the normal parameters.
In regards to your speed, please make a speed test on this website: https://videotron.com/en/internet/speed-test
Use only 1 device connected to the wifi if you are making the speed test on wifi and then contact us in private if the speed test is not to your satisfaction.
Also, I recommend that you restart your modem before you proceed with the speed test.
The speed is correct in our tools, I can assure you of that.
Also, try a speed test using a device connected to the modem with an ethernet cable to see if the speed is correct there.

That is indeed the recommended procedure, but how long did you leave it unplugged? Did you give it 5-10 minutes?

As the last resort you can factory reset your modem, if this will not help - contact customer support.

Leav'it unplugged for like 5 minutes. If there is no change, i would advise you to contact the support.
