We have a map dedicated to help our members find the stores that sell our SIM cards here: https://fizz.ca/en/prtnr/sim-card#stores
You can also select which types of stores you want to see by clicking on the top left button, left of "Points de vete".
While the SIM card dispensers are only in Montreal, we have Couche-Tard and Jean Coutu stores from where you can buy a SIM card from.

Why do people need new SIM cards for ?
I feel like I've been using the same forever. I even cut the edges with scissors to turn it into a Micro SIM and then into a Nano SIM.

Well new customers need new sims right? Also if you joined Fizz before 2022 (don't remember the month) you have to change sim card to have volte service active, because only the new sim card is compatible

Good to know:
· Any member who orders a SIM card today is ok. Their SIM card is already compatible with VoLTE.
· Same applies for a Fizz SIM card that was ordered after the month of September 2021.
