Can’t receive text messages, but I can send them

I'm sorry to see that you are having an issue with your messages.
If you tried what the others members suggested and still find that it hasn't worked then you can reach out to us through our live chat or through our social platforms like Facebook!
To reach out to us, go to our Support page while being logged and click on the green button that is on the lower right corner of the page. It will appear after a few seconds and after you click it, click on the last option on the bottom. An agent will be with you as soon as possible or you can click on the Messenger icon which will open a chat with us there. The Messenger chat isn't like our own as in there may be a waiting time between messages.

Do you use a native SMS application or some 3rd party app? Did you try to restart your phone? Additionally make sure your phone has not reached the maximum capacity for the number of text messages it can receive or store.
Please add more details, what phone are you using, what operating system, what app, and so on.
It might be an APN or provisioning issue, but you should add a few more details.

If you have an Android phone, you can have access to your messaging center phone number by typing a code in your phone dialer app.

You will get into the Phone Information Menu
At the bottom of the listing, you will see the Messenging Center phone number.
Type REFRESH to see the number.
