Hello, my husband and I, we are both using Fizz Mobile. He lost his sim card. Yesterday, he ordered a sim card on Fizz website. However, he accidentally ordered from my account, meanwhile, I do have my sim card on my phone and actively using it. My question is the following. Can he use/activate that sim card for his phone number (instead of mine)?

    Hi @aslikoc

This is not a problem, remember that you need to contact the support in order to activate the new SIM to the right plan.

    You can chat in direct

    • Sign into your account

    • Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do

    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    • Choose the option 💬 chat

    • If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

SIMs can be purchased even in automated machines, so that's not an issue, but it's important to activate the SIM on the correct account so that it's tied to his number.

Please follow the steps here for activation: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/activate

You can buy it even if you don’t have an account.
