Since Fizz internet is 100% on-line, if I lose internet how am I to get support? I do not have data on my cell service. Is there a tech help phone number?

Fizz is intended to be a 100% digital company, but there are quite many contact methods where you can reach our customer service.
Understandably everything is done online, yet the advantage is having multiple platforms ( Facebook , Instagram , Whatsapp, Live chat, the community hub and the list can go on ) where we can be reached.

The only support is online , therefore, you must be able to connect to internet to reach the support

Seems strange that you have to get online to solve a problem about not being able to get online!
Hii understand your point, but Fizz is working like that
On Twitter Fizz is answering very fast
It's written everywhere, that's how costs are kept low, it's both the Fizz selling point and shortcoming depending on how you look at it - and yes, it's expected that you're able to get online to get support, through your phone or public wifi if that's the case.
If it is a general question, you can ask a friend to send a facebook message to the fizz page. (or twitter )

I guess that is the biggest shortcoming about being online only ..
But I guess if you are with both Fizz Mobile and Internet and one of them is having issues, then you have the other to contact support
Well, with the many advantages that fizz has, I wouldn't say that this is a con.. We can easily get internet through a coffee or mcdonal's nearby and fix our issue..
must have internet and mobile data plan if not its complicated when it has a problem
