Hi, didn't receive my sim card and was sent back to fizz, how can i get another one?

I am sorry to hear about that,
Here is how you can order a new SIM card:
Go to overview> add mobile plan> order a new one ( bottom left corner).
Make sure that you enter your correct address when you order it.
You have a button there "+ Add another service address" then click on "I can't find my address" and enter the address from the drop down menus.
Also, you can buy it from a store such as Couche-Tard, Jean Coutu or from a vending machine that you can find in a metro station.

Just go to couchetard and get one there easiest way.

If you're in or near the Montreal area - Berri-Uqam metro station has them for $5 right now.
