This is very difficult to debug, can you try to put your phone in airplane mode for a minute or two
For this kind of problem, the support ask to change the default operator for a minute or two
Change to manual a pick some operator, wait to be registered, after a minute or two switch back in automatic
Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search networks → Automatic/Fizz
iPhone: Settings → Operators → Automatic/Fizz

You could try to reboot your phone. It worked for me my friend..
