Did anyone receive their voLTE sim card ordered in August?

Thank you for being part of the Fizz community!
You have our apologies for the delay in delivering your Free VoLTE SIMs. I verified in our end and the order is set properly so you will receive them.
In the meantime, do not worry about having the non VoLTE SIMs. At the moment old SIMs and VoLTE SIMs will work exactly the same until Fizz will release the VoLTE services and they won't stop working until you receive the new ones and make the swap.

I have not, there are delays in the delivery of VoLTE SIM cards.

Hi, the delivery times for the new SIM card - VoLte offered free of charge by Fizz are longer than expected. But since the VoLte service is not yet active, this is not urgent.
It was was expected to be within 2 weeks, but unfortunately it's not and usually takes longer.
From what I remember, mine took 6 weeks.

Check in your account at Settings/Transaction history/all transactions, you can see a $0.00 invoice that confirms that your order has been placed. We have to wait a little longer.
