Cannot make payment, bank says everything is fine
Hello,
I have been with fizz almost a year now and the payment has always worked. This morning, it was rejected and said to contact my bank with an error 481. After calling the bank, they said my credit card is totally fine and there is no error.
I tried to delete the old saved card and put it again, but I can't, because even adding it causes an error telling me to contact my bank.
Any help?

You cannot remove a card without replace it
If the error was today, wait tomorrow before doing anything, fizz will try again tonight to use it.

I'm having the same issue. Never a problem for the past 4 years. Today I got an e-mail saying there was an error processing the transaction but my credit card company said there is no problem with my card and they could not see any failed transaction, which means it's an issue with the merchant system. According to the e-mail I got my account will be suspended if payment is not made by the 10th. I would be a share to lose my account for an issue that Fizz is having.

Same, I have to make a payment by 10th October. When I called the credit card issuer, they said they received a high volume of complaints from Fizz today.
