Can a used Fizz sim card be used for a new account?

Thank you for considering joining with your mobile services at us! :)

Please note that the Fizz SIM's aren't linked to an account or a mobile number (except the first 60days after a unsubscription order) So if you can get one from someone or a friend has a extra SIM that doesn't use, you can use it.

However, as some members said already, the best will be to purchase a new one to make sure it is VoLTE compatible, they have a red lightning on them.

You can order it directly from your Fizz account by going at: Mobile -> Activate my SIM -> I don't have a SIM and the estimation for delivery is 2-3 working days as you can see in this FAQ: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/when-will-my-fizz-package-be-delivered
