sim activation
Hello everyone
Following the instructions on the fizz site I begun my sim card activation and received a notification about that activation in my e-mail.
However after a couple of hours I can neither call nor receive text messages. It is getting too long and I would like to know how long it is expected to get a sim card activated.

Please try rebooting the device and reinserting the SIM card and after try turning airplane mode on for 20 seconds and then off. Also please try resetting the device to the factory settings.
The steps to follow to reset your network settings will vary depending on the type of phone. Here are two examples:
Android: Applications → Settings → General management → Reset → Reset settings → Click on Reset settings
iPhone: Settings → General → Reset → Erase all content and settings
If the situation persists please try inserting the SIM card into another device and see if the same happens.

If yes, did you receive a notification from this provider by SMS?

Oh, okay, did you reboot the phone? No network connection at all?
