Hello Rappy,
In your case, I would advise to unsubscribe from the currently active plan, and reactivate your desired plan once the other plan has been fully deactivated ( which should happen at the end of the next payment cycle ).
You can then re-use the Sim card to reactivate your plan as you will have about 30 days to reactivate your desired number.
Details on how to make the reactivation can be found here : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/reactivate
Thank you for your understanding.
Have a good one,
-Raul

You now have 2 plans on Fizz, with 2 SIMs?
You cannot swap numbers from one SIM to another. You will need to cancel the plan associated with the number you don't want and modify the plan for the other number, the one you want to keep.

If the number you want to keep is with another provider, you need to follow these steps at the activation :

When the activation is done, it's too late.

Hi Rappy
So instead of activing a new plan, you wanted to reactivate a suspended plan to keep the same plan and phone number?
Since you already activated a new plan, you will need to contact Fizz support for help with this.
They should be able to help cancel the new plan and suggest how to reactivate your old one as long as you're reactivating your plan within the 60 days deadline.
You can Live Chat with customer support at any time:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/reactivate
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

I would add that if your old plan has been canceled for more than 60 days, you no longer see it in your portal, unfortunately it will not be possible to get back the number :(
