To hard for you to make an appointement at an specific time to install your router... You expect me to be between 5 to 8 hours wating at home for an installation ,At what time you re suposse to come? You send me email that you will come between 12-5pm today and nobody show ????

Sorry to hear about the situation encountered.
From what I see on your Fizz account it appears that the appointment got rescheduled by our team since the technician could not reach you on time in the date of the appointment.
In such cases, it`s better to just reschedule https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-appointment-technician-visit-my-service-address following these details, however since the plan got activated, it`s not necessary anymore.

It is frustrating to wait and the technician fails to show up.
Sometimes the technician is late for his appointments, due to an unexpected problems at the previos client. if they are too late unfortunately they cancel the visit.
If by the end of the day the technician doesn't show up contact fizz support or reschedule another visit the following day.
