As for the link, I opened a ticket for our technical team in order to verify, since I tried from my end and received the same error.
You can verify the progress on the ticket by going in your Fizz account at: My settings -> My tickets.
Also, when it will be resolved we will inform you via email.

This is not a 5g card, but a VoLTE card.
Do you have an active line with Fizz right now? Your current SIM does not have a red lightning? You don't have a browsing anonymization system on your device?

Thanks Olic, yeah, VoLTE card, current card is still working, only received email to ask me to order free sim card
