Unfortunately, this is a problem that many users have had since Friday.
There is a way to go back to the old SIM with a trick, but I don't recommend it, it will complicate your life later (but you can easily find it in the forum, if you really want to do it, Basically, you have to order a new free SIM, go back to activation and put the number of your old SIM back).
But, to resolve your issue right, you have to contact Fizz. It's not easy because they are overwhelmed with this kind of case.

Hello Naph, I just wanted to share with you that I have the same problem . I have an iPhone 11 and since I have activated my new SIM voLTE card : no data, no calls, no textos…. I have these issues since 3 days and Fizz does not seem able to find the fix for the issue. I have opened a ticket (#189495) through the Fizz chat and still waiting for resolution.
