No you do not. The website can be a bit finicky to use.
If you did not get to enter your payment information or you know that your credit card was not charged, then I suggest to restart the order process.
Please logoff, clear your browser cache, reboot your device, and try again.
Also make sure
- no browser extension blocks its appearance (ad blocker or plugins like "NoScript").
- to try in incognito mode
- JavaScript is enabled
- no VPN disables the rendering, some have pop-up/ad blockers

For some problem whit Fizz website it might help clearing cache, deleting cookies or for Apple user go to safari and clear history and website data.
You can try using another browser such as Firefox or internet explorer or a private browser
