I had my modem delivered earlier today. I set it up, but it can't connect to the internet.

I have tried every option to try and get it to connect but nothing works. The only thing I can see to be an issue is that my account isn't activated online, but I had my payment last week when I booked for my modem to be dropped off.

Please help.

    I am sorry to hear about this situation.
    I just verified and the modem is online.  
    I just made some resets from my side.
