I want to see the details of the plan I selected but I dont find the manage plan button nowhere?

I also have problems setting my voicemail, it keep saying it does not reckognize my phone number

    Hello daniel_wolfskin921,
    I am sorry for the situation you encountered,
    I have verified the account under which you have your Community account and I could not find any plans.
    In case you have a plan, but you forgot the email address under which you have activated it, I kindly recommend that you reach us in private to help you get access to it.
    Furthermore, the error you hear is often due to the fact that you did not get the Voicemail in your plan.

    Once there, scroll down, find the "?" bubble, click on it and you will be able to select chat.
