first you need to be Connect to your account up right of your screen

click on the bubble down right whit the ?
Click chat
And wait in Line for someone from Fizz
i do that in lest than 5 seconds whit out the screen shot

Sorry to hear that you had issues finding the chat bubble!
Usually, it helps to test multiple browsers or even devices, as sometimes cookies and cache can interfere in finding the chat icon.
From what I verified earlier, you managed to find the chat bubble though so I am happy to see that the situation has been resolved!
