Perk didn't work

edited August 2022 in Internet

Hi,

I previously activated a perk for a 40$ discount on home Internet. I applied it in early-July, when I received my new modem. I recently noticed that I got charged the full price of my home Internet plan on the 29th of July, so for the August billing period. Is there a way to see what went wrong ? I submitted a ticket with Fizz to address the issue, but I was wondering if I can see my perk usage history anywhere, to prove that I did indeed activate the 40$ discount ?

Thanks a lot.

    Hello @FuturoHendrix ,

Sorry to hear that the perk was not applied!

From what we saw, you already contacted our colleagues on Live chat, and a ticket was raised to address the issue.

    Fizz apologizes for the inconvenience.

You can also track the ticket status via My settings - My tickets, to also have a view on its progress.

    Have a good one,

    -Raul :)

    Hi

I have indeed already reached out to support, I am also taking it a step further and asking other Fizz users if they have any input on the matter, diversifying never hurt.

Thanks for the ressources, I'll entirely disregard your passive-aggressive comment though.
