Hello all!

due to some unforeseen circumstances, I used up all my data. I would need maximum 250mb of data to last until my next billing cycle.

Any amount would be greatly appreciated :)

    I have verified your account and you do not have any data in your base plan.
    In order to be able to receive data, you need an active plan with data in your base plan. However, as you have data from your upgrades that will not count as data in your base plan.
    In your case, I kindly advise you to buy an add-on of data or use the pay as you go option.
    To buy an add-on, you can go into your account> my plans> manage plan> add-on.
    Also, to add money in your wallet for pay as you go, you need to go into your account> my plans > manage plan> wallet> add money.
