Home internet not activated after technician left.
Seems to be a common thread...
The technician dropped off the box at 9am and said "he would check the internet outside?" and left. I have not had internet since, seems to be a common issue ....
Customer service says they can only get someone in next week?! Unacceptable.
I have been a customer for 4 years and this is making me reconsider all my services with them

I can see that you already contacted our support team.
I understand your frustration but is a really busy period and we are fully booked, if could have sent someone earlier we would have done it.
