No service

Hello, I have just activated my fizz card when I was in Toronto two days ago. And now I’m in montreal, but I still don’t have service after restarting.

    Hello Shuyauli,

    I am sorry to hear about this situation. 
    I can see that your plan is active and in good standing. 
    Please make sure that you are using a network unlocked device.
    If possible, please test using a different phone as well. 
    I would also recommend trying to connect to a Fizz network manually.
