I can see that your plan is active and in good standing.
Please make sure that you are using a network unlocked device.
If possible, please test using a different phone as well.
I would also recommend trying to connect to a Fizz network manually.

Is your plan cover Canada ?
Did you try to remove the SIM card and put it back ? Does it work on another phone ?
Here's how to try to reset the network :
· Android: Paramètres → Gestion globale → Réinitialiser → Réinitialisation des paramètres du réseau
· iPhone: Réglages → Général → Réinitialiser → Réinitialiser les réglages réseau
