Need a tech to visit our sector - Internet issues since the big storm
Hi! We had a big storm in the Outaouais a few weeks ago and since then I find that the internet signal goes on the blink periodically where it seems to cut off and on. Yes I tried unplugging and replugging everything repeatedly but that will get annoying if it's a regular "feature" of my internet package.
So we need a tech ASAP. And, by the way, I cannot access the chat feature right now, either on Firefox or Chrome. Starting to seriously reconsider my decision to move to Fizz.

Start with this simple solution that often solves the problem
- Unplug the power cable on your Wi-Fi modem.
- Make sure all the lights on the modem are off once you have unplugged it.
- Wait ten (10) seconds.
- Plug your modem back into the electrical outlet. Expect a three (3) minute delay to allow your devices to reconnect to the Wi-Fi network.

As I said, I've tried the fixes an failed and I can't access the chat.
If this doesn't get better, I'll simply move on.

Just to be clear, the internet is on right now...the issue is that it keeps cutting out periodically.

All adblockers are off and still can't open chat. Tried from my iPad as well and no joy. So cannot contact them on PC, iPad or phone. Do they have faxes?
