Unable to cancel an appointment or unsubscribe
I have been trying for the past 2 days to cancel an appointment and unsubscribe from the service. I get an error message every single time. I've tried using an incognito window with the same issues. I am beyond frustrated at this point. The chat was even more unhelpful. I also can't remove my payment option. Is there anyone who can help?

Please try with different browser (such as Firefox, Chrome, or Safari).
You can clear cache/cookies and try icognito mode if needed.
Make sure you do not have any ad blocker against Fizz webpage.
