How can I cancel a payment I made by mistake ?

i wanted to pay for my Internet and instead payed for my phone… Called my bank and they can’t help me. Can you ?

I just checked your account and found that the payment went through and the plan is active. If you have made the payment by mistake, I inform you that it is not refundable, however if you do not want to have the plan active, you can cancel the subscription at any time. Here's how to contact customer service
Then you press the interrogation point (?) at the bottom right and all you have to do is choose the platform to contact them.
Chatting is the only fast and efficient method because you interact directly with customer service.

Fizz is not obligated to refund payments made for prepaid mobile plans. The only exception for mobile plans is the initial 15 trial period. Unfortunately you may have to make a separate payment for your home internet plan.
