Account access
Dear Fizz,
I have bien trying to log into my account for the past 2 days to pay my bill. Your site isn't working properly and I don't have access to my account page. I keep staying in the loop where I log on and then get a blank page and it goes on and on. Now your message says that if I haven't paid tonight, my account will be frozen. I would understand if it was my fault not to do the paiement but since the reason is from your side and the website not working, I would be very disapointed if I woke up tomorrow to à phone that doesn't work. Plus there is no support to help me except a chatbot on messenger. Please either have someone contact me or try to use the visa card that is in my account to pay the bill.
