Dear Fizz,
I have bien trying to log into my account for the past 2 days to pay my bill. Your site isn't working properly and I don't have access to my account page. I keep staying in the loop where I log on and then get a blank page and it goes on and on. Now your message says that if I haven't paid tonight, my account will be frozen. I would understand if it was my fault not to do the paiement but since the reason is from your side and the website not working, I would be very disapointed if I woke up tomorrow to à phone that doesn't work. Plus there is no support to help me except a chatbot on messenger. Please either have someone contact me or try to use the visa card that is in my account to pay the bill.

This is a particular issue that you encountered on your account and after you contacted our customer support team, we have created a ticket to the technical team to verify what is going on there and why the page remains blank after you log in.
Once the ticket is solved, we will send you an email with all the detials.

Try closing your browser, clear your browser cache and retry with your browser or Firefox Or internet explorer or incognito mode

Then you press the interrogation point (?) at the bottom right and all you have to do is choose the platform to contact them.
Chatting is the only fast and efficient method because you interact directly with customer service.

Are you new ? Is it like you first bill ? If the card in the account is associated with the plan, it will be charged automatically to pay the bill.
If you really need to do it manually Just use another browser or private mode. Your message doesn't justify not paying the bill.
