No internet in H1Y

I have no service in H1Y. Can’t reach’s the support. Waiting in queue is so frustrating… you are in a queue and can go backward in your position in line… very disappoint.

Anyone in the area having the same prob?

    Therefore, you have a different problem. Did you try to turn off the modem for couples of minutes?

    Did you use the chat?

       •   Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

       •   Choose the option 💬 chat

       •   If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

    Hi @Sgignac

    With the weather that we got yesterday there are a lot of problems, if near your house there is a power outage this can affect your internet connection too.

    I believe that Fizz's support is overwhelmed

    someone else in my building have Fizz and it is working for him.
