why do I still see one of my old preloved phones under my phones tab when I’ve sold this already and no longer have it?

Do you see your current phone on your account now?
If you recently changed your phone, it can take a few days for the phones tab to be updated.
If there is any issue with your Fizz account, you can contact customer service - https://fizz.ca/en/support
