Upload speed cut in half?

Been testing my internet speed for about a month since getting Fizz.

Noticed the upload speeds is half of the 10Mb/s I'm supposed to be receiving.

attaching a screen shot of my speedtest.net results.

My download speeds have been fine so I can't complain there. Is there a reason why my upload speeds is cut in half?

    Hi @Dapper15

    Did you already try to turn off the modem for couples of minutes?

    If this doesn't help, contact the support in order to have checked your line

       •   Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

       •   Choose the option 💬 chat

       •   If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

    Yes I've already tried turning off the modem a couple of times and it had no effect.

    I'll give support a shout.
