    Can you give a bit more information?

    Did you check if your phone is compatible with the Fizz network? https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices

    I don't say that this is your problem, but I already read that a user was putting the SIM into the memory slot instead on the SIM slot.

    You can chat in direct

       •   Sign into your account

        •    Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do

       •   Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

       •   Choose the option 💬 chat

       •   If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

    I’ve tried everything already but nothing helped (and I’m trying for the 3rd time to connect trough chatting but to my bad it didn’t happen yet

    Hi @dov G.

    I tried and I was able to get the chat box.

    Can you try with a different browser or disabling ad blocked if you have, sometime can help using the browser in private mode.

    Yes I’m able to chat BUT just to my self for over 3 hours after a while it just comes up a msg your chat as been ended

    only to be sure that you are trying to chat using the chat box in the FAQ pages and not in facebook or whatsapp (these are not interactive)

    Fizz service sucks!!!!

    it seems like we live in a third world country

    I still have no service for day “4”

    but my money they have stolen already 4 days ago
