Charged again after unsubscribe

I have cancelled my service and unsubscribed ( because moving overseas ). and my monthly cycle is on 23rd of each month. However, this month my credit card has been charged on 21st even though i have requested cancellation!

Can someone please explain to me why this is happening ? i cannot think of anything else but fraud !

How is it possible to be charged again when i have requested the cancellation??

    The payment is taken 2 days before the end of the billing cycle, you should be refund in the following days


    When is the payment for my next payment cycle taken?

    Your plan is renewed 72 hours before the end of your payment cycle.

    Example. Your payment cycle ends on the 5th of every month. The automatic payment of your plan therefore takes place on the 2nd of the month, and your new cycle starts on the 6th.

    Hello @Seyedsaeed, Fizz does bill your payment method 72 hrs. in advance of the next billing cycle, some have had payment issues and Fizz argues this allows customers more time to avoid suspension of service. Given the dates you gave, if you unsubscribed before the 20th, it should have went through and your Fizz service stopped at the end of the current payment period. If you have used your Fizz service since the 23rd, you may not be entitled to a refund. I suggest you contact Fizz directly by logging in, going to My Settings, Contact Form and submit a complaint with details. The exchange occurs by the email address in your account.
