Add a user to home internet plan

Hi, I try to add a user to my internet plan. I went to manage but cannot find a "add user" option

    Hi @Jean_Charles

    you should try with the support to see why you don't have the option, only to be sure did you received the modem?

    I believe that only the support can help you out

    * Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    * Choose the option 💬 chat

    * If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

    Hello Jean_Charles,

    The option to add a user to your Fizz account is reserved only for the mobile plan. The option to add a user for the Internet plan does not exist.
