frequent internet connection issue2
So i had frequent internet connection issue:

Videotron technician visited my home last Saturday, and replaced my fizz router. i didn't had an single issue ever since until last Thursday. Same issue started to happen again. frequent disconnection... what drives me crazy is that it happens very frequently, at least 1-2 times per hour, for 5-10 seconds...
tried 3 different new routers, new fizz router replacement, and still having the same issue..
i don't know what i can do at this point... but switch to different provider... 🤷♂️

I am sorry to hear about this situation.
At the moment it seems that you are using a personal router.
Please perform a factory reset on the Fizz modem and keep using only this so that our tools can register recent information.
You could also try testing the modem using a different electrical outlet.

I am also facing the same issue of frequent disconnection. One of my friend is also facing the similar issue. Seems like a bigger technical issue.

Yes, and it’s also new construction.. only 5 years old. My neighbour is using videotron and has no issue, and I didn’t had issues like this when I used to use videotron until I switched to fizz few month ago..
