And if the problem still persists, I suggest you to contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about possible network work in your area, and if not, they will be able to do some further investigation to correct this situation. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:

I am in griffintown and have the same issue. They told me it’s work in the area but could not say if it will only be a few hours or potentially days.

I was told this is morning by Fizz support that it's a "localized" issue which is too small to be listed on the "Status of our services" page.
Almost 9 hours and phone plan GBs later, the WiFi still isn't working.

Après avoir fait des vérifications, j'ai constaté qu'une indisponibilité temporaire connue par notre équipe spécialisée est en cours dans votre zone.
Celle-ci est en cours de résolution et nos équipes techniques sont mobilisées pour permettre un retour à un service optimal. C'est seulement une question de patience afin que vous retrouviez le bon fonctionnement de votre service. Cependant, je ne dispose pas d'un délai précis de résolution à vous communiquer.
Nous nous excusons pour tout inconvénient que cette situation pourrait vous avoir causé. Votre compréhension est vraiment appréciée.

Same answer for me since 10 am this morning! No detail on the problem and no estimate time to resolution! (Griffintown also)
