Wait 15 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon
Your can also send a message by facebook
https://facebook.com/fizzca and click send a message (this is a bit slower)2 -
If system still say unknown after you input number manually, then it's fizz side issue for sure.2

Thanks all for the comments. I didnt realize this voice mail issue until early last week, which is before yesterdays' Fizz service down. I did input phone number manually many times when checking voice mail. Always replied with "unknown number". Will have to contact Fizz technical support.2

I have problems since I got my card, all the time it says unknown number, I can't hear my voice messages. I like their service but the fact that it doesn't solve my problems, I have to think to search another company.
I need my voice mail because Im a self employé and many People leave message and I can't do that.
