When I go to the my rewards FAQ I see it's empty. Is that the same for everyone ?

Hello @Emmanuel S. #36497, whenever accessing your Fizz account it is always best to use your browser in private/incognito mode, clear your browser cache on a regular basis and keep your smartphone os and apps and computer software up to date. It is likely you experienced a simple 'bug' and updates would resolve it for you. That wrote the best way to contact Fizz about an issue that is not here in the Forums is via My Settings, Contact Form or here with @Whizz.

Can you try using a different browser?
The same happens to me with Firefox, but it is working with Chrome.
I did tried on Safari, Firefox and Chrome, and I had the same "problem"...
This is strange. I was actually trying it on another device with Chrome and it worked.
Yes it is. I have tried on my Mac and my Android, but they had the same issues.
It's really not working now. If the problem continues, we can report it to Fizz customer service.
Until it is fixed, we can still type in the key words. The manual search is working.
