Everything in this forum indicates a $1 rebate on cellphone and a $2 rebate on internet when we reach level 7.
For me, I only got a $2 rebate on internet. Have the rewards been changed lately for level 7?
it is indeed difficult to tell you exactly if the rewards have changed, as they are subject to change at Fizz’s discretion, and the scorecards created by some members, which are available on the site, are no longer up to date. So, the upgrades you have obtained should be those currently offered by Fizz, for all those who reach level 7, except that you should have received one, for each of your two services.
The threshold for each level is subject to change without notice, which could result in an upward or downward correction for Program participants. The rewards associated with each level are also subject to change at any time and without notice.
So, I suggest that you contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about that missing upgrade, they will be able to do some further investigation to correct this situation. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
You can also do it on Facebook: https://facebook.com/fizzca.

You mean you got nothing at all for Mobile when you reached level 7 ?
I don't know what exactly I got but I believe it was $1 Mobile and $2 internet. However, Fizz can change the reward structure anytime. A couple of months back they removed the free voicemail upgrade (at least it did not show up for me). So there is really no hard set rule on what you get. It would be great if Fizz would publish a list of upgrades beforehand. Might also be a good way to motivate members to collect more points.
Hello @Kovid, a timely nickname. I don't have an answer, but an opinion. Fizz changes rewards, plans and phone offerings frequently. Some have used the phrase 'dynamic pricing'. If Fizz makes changes to respond to the market, its competitors are not doing the same. In January Fizz increased its mobile data plan pricing for new subscribers and anyone changing his/her data plan, I assume it did the same for its reward programs. It is difficult to reach a moving goal post. I hope @Whizz and decision-makers at Fizz are paying attention.
