text message count
Hi everyone, I purchased a 200 text msg add on for one of my numbers. just wondering if there is a way to see the actual number of text messages sent or is it always just a green bar on the screen "estimating" usage. Thanks.

the gauge with the green bar is the only calculation measure currently present in your Fizz account, indeed.

By contacting Fizz’s support team directly you can suggest it, since several innovations have been suggested by subscribers to make the Fizz experience more enjoyable. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

Hello @eric N. #39105, as @Dapfizzer wrote, it is a gauge, not a counter. An alternate method of making a suggestion is to mention @Whizz and suggest that their team look in to having a counter in your account instead of the approximation gauge. To contact Fizz directly and make your request is to log in, go to My Settings, Contact Form and submit, this exchange occurs over the email address registered on your account. Best of luck.
