Hi i just installed modem about 30 minutes ago and the lights are still blinking, I can connect to the wifi but I cant access internet. Should I wait more?

    I am sorry to hear about that,
    I have verified your account and I see that the plan is in good standing.
    The services are active since 18/01/2022 as well. 
    The modem probably didn't fully update at that time. It can take 30 minutes.
    You will know that your internet works when the @ light on the modem is lit up and green.

    Hi,

    be patient the modem probably hadn’t finished its update by the time you wrote these words. It'll take a few minutes until all lights are on and the update is complete.
