My internet has been going down the past few weeks
For the past 3 to 4 weeks, my internet has been going down, then coming back on, and it's becoming extremely frustrating. I've been turning off and turning back on the modem/router, but it doesn't work. It's even more frustrating that I can't call and speak to a person live.
My kids are trying to do their online classes, but every 15 minutes the internet goes down, this is very unreliable.
In addition, I'm not getting my 15MB/s as advertised. What's the deal?

Si tu utilises le wifi du routeur/modem Fizz, il y a un max de nombres d'appareils que tu peux connecter en même temps.
J'avais le même problème, j'ai mis le routeur en mode "bridge" et j'ai installer un autre routeur qui peut gérer plus d'appareils.
