New Fizz Home Internet, but only getting 10mb/1mb instead of my plan 120mb/20mb

I just received and hooked up my new modem, works fine except for the speed. I'm only getting 10mb/1mb instead of my plan 120mb/20mb.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Can someone at fizz help?

    I am sorry to hear that you encounter this situation,

    I have verified your account and I see that you managed to contact our customer support team.

    The issue was that when you activated the plan, the system didn't provide the right speed immediately and to correct this issue, we had to contact the specialized department.
